Fun and Victory focuses on helping teams build practical skills that improve how they work together every day. Our work is grounded in experiential learning, combined with structured reflection and follow-through, so what teams experience translates back into real behaviour at work.

Fun and Victory operates as a brand within the Performant Group, alongside practitioners working in leadership support, organisational culture, and performance improvement. This allows teams to start with hands-on skill development and, where appropriate, connect into deeper work without changing partners or restarting the conversation.

Teams do not always encounter the same challenges at the same moment. While many begin by strengthening collaboration and ways of working at team level, others reach limits that sit beyond everyday teamwork, such as leadership alignment, decision clarity, or structural barriers to performance

Jeroen Tholen, Dutch

“The key is to have teams dream of their journey. The outdoor mindset lets them shoot for the stars.”

Jeroen THOLEN comes with 20-years experience in hospitality, tourism, and construction across three continents. His passion for learning from the outdoors led to the creation of fun and enriching activities. He is EU licensed to safely conduct outdoor corporate learning experiences. His strength lies in designing workshops that are anchored in behavioral psychology relevant to the workplace. Jeroen holds a BA in sports management, a BA in hospitality and is an accredited team coach, facilitator in collective intelligence, as well as a practitioner of DISC, NLP, and Belbin® Team Roles.

Clement Cohen, Austrian

Clement COHEN built a $275 million publicly listed enterprise with offices in 35 countries in 6 years. In his role as Global COO, he founded a corporate university and attributes his success to an experimental team development program. In 2011 his encounter with Accelerated Learning led to the development of Performant’s High Impact Team program. The resulting paradigm-shift impact swiftly transformed entire departments. The clients named the program ‘ROI Teambuilding™’. Previously, Clement served as  Chief Strategy Officer at an NGO dedicated to innovation and as partner at Cohen & Simons specializing in turn-around. Clement is a Chartered Engineer and holds post-graduate degrees in management.

Tatiana Matveeva, Russian and Swiss

Tatiana MATVEEVA brings 19-years experience working in big multi-nationals: Pepsi International Bottlers and Japan Tobacco International, as global director of Leadership Development. She specializes talent management, executive development and has a holistic grasp of HR-related processes. Originally from Russia, she has worked out of Canada, Germany and Switzerland serving internal clients and external partners globally from over 100 nationalities. Tatiana holds a Masters degree in education and linguistics, is an accredited mediator, coach, and project manager, as well as a practitioner of PI®, NEO™ and SHL™ psychometric tools including Belbin® Team Roles.

Romain Malatier, French

Romain Malatier, has worked for 18 years as team-leader and manager for the French retail groups Leroy Merlin and Boulanger before converting to helping individuals in their personal development. As a Life-long learner, Romain is passionate about exploring different tools and techniques in order to support his clients with sustainable results. As a professional coach, he is accredited in Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic-Programming (NLP), Neuro-science, Hypnosis, Systemic approach and Mental preparation.

Susanne Melim, French

Susanne Melim is a student and working with Fun and Victory as an apprentice for almost 2 years now. She is a very joyful person and at the same time very dedicated to her work with a passion for helping people. Susanne has accumulated in the last few years experiences in several industries such as retail and hospitality in France, Malta and Ireland. Passionate about boxing, she co-founded a boxing club in southern France. Susanne is Belbin Team Roles accredited.
